Exhibitors will have the opportunity to join the ICIT 2016 Mid-Year Conference on Wednesday, June 15 and Thursday, June 16, at the West Des Moines Marriott, West Des Moines, Iowa.
Twenty-Two exhibitor booths will be available by on-line registration only. The cost for a booth is $500.

In addition to regular exhibitor booths, ICIT is pleased to offer three exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products or services in a hands on lab environment. We have reserved space in Boardroom A for up to three exhibitors to use as private lab space, a classroom or for presentations.
This private room is available either Wednesday from 1 PM to 4 PM, or Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM or 1 PM to 4 PM. Lab spaces can be reserved during the on-line registration process.
Once all booths and lab spaces have been taken, exhibitors can still register for any remaining sponsorship opportunities, ad space in the conference program, and/or as a conference attendee. Prices for available sponsorships are listed on the registration form. Advertising only is $100.
Exhibitor set up is scheduled for 7 AM to 10 AM Wednesday, June 15. Attendee registration will begin on Wednesday at 9 AM, and the program will begin at 10 AM. Tear down will be at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 16.
- All conference meals, breaks and entertainment for two people are included in the basic booth registration fee. ($500)

Please register before Friday, May 27, 2016. Selection of exhibit booth location is “first come/first serve”, so register early for the best selection. You will be given an opportunity to select your booth location during the on-line registration process. Date and location preference for the lab or private room will be confirmed after payment is received. Preference will be given in the order that payments are received.
Conference registration will be marketed to a broad audience in state and local government and private business. The conference will include 3 tracks with topics on a wide variety of IT, GIS, Security, and Web Development topics, presented in a variety of formats including presentations, short workshops, and discussion sessions.
Gain additional exposure and support ICIT by sponsoring a break. Sponsorship opportunities are “first come/first serve” and will be listed on the Exhibitor Registration Form as long as they are still available.

Additional Info for Exhibitors
We will provide a list of attendees by email after the conference is over. We generally have about 100 attendees.
Each exhibit space will have a 6-foot table, two chairs, and a waste basket. Electricity will be available at each booth.
Smartboards are allowed, as long as they fit in the booth space.
Exhibitor set up is on Wednesday, June 15, from 7am to 10am. Exhibitor tear down will be after the 3:15pm break on Thursday, June 16th.
Exhibitors hours are roughly during the main conference time.

All exhibitors are invited to our Wednesday evening social at Ricochet in the East Village, along with all conference attendees. This will be a fun night of games, food, and visiting with old friends and meeting new ones.
Attendees will be receiving a shirt, portfolio, and glass. There will be no gift bag handed out. These gifts are not planned for exhibitors.
If you haven’t done so already, please send your company’s attendee names to Don Kampman (dkamp (at) gccourthouse.org) . This will ensure that we have name badges ready for your representative(s) to the conference.
For those wishing to participate, there will be a vendor drawing for our attendees at the last break on Thursday, June 14th. This will be right before the exhibitor break down is scheduled to occur.
